Second death sentence for serial killer ‘Aem Cyanide’
The Criminal Court on Tuesday handed down a death sentence against Sararat Rangsiwuthaporn, better known as “Aem Cyanide”, for fatally poisoning a creditor in Nakhon Pathom province in December 2020.
