Small nuclear reactor plans begin
The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (Egat) has outlined a five-phase roadmap to develop the country's first small modular reactor (SMR), with a 300-megawatt unit scheduled to begin commercial operation in 2037 under the new power development plan (PDP).
