Major reservoir plan sparks public protest
Chanthaburi: Residents and civil society networks are preparing to stage a major rally outside the provincial hall on Sept 13 to oppose the Khlong Wang Tanot reservoir project, following the cabinet's approval of a 7.2-billion-baht budget for the scheme.
