Government moves against Thaicom over satellite assets
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DES) has officially initiated arbitration proceedings against Thaicom Plc, seeking more than 1 billion baht in compensation for the alleged incomplete handover of satellite assets to the ministry after the end of its satellite concession.
