Flood diversion plan faces scrutiny
The 160-billion-baht Chai Nat–Pasak–Gulf of Thailand water-diversion project has come under renewed scrutiny after the cabinet approved the scheme, which the government says will reduce flood risks across the Chao Phraya Basin.
